Government Affairs
We specialize in government affairs across Metro Atlanta, Georgia, and the South, helping you navigate regulations, advance your objectives, and build relationships that drive results. Leveraging experience from leading global firms and deep bipartisan connections, we bring enterprise level thinking to problems of any size.

Getting Projects Built
Infrastructure projects succeed or fail based on local approval, and we specialize in getting that approval where it's hardest. Whether it's data centers in rural communities or fiber networks in major cities, we have a track record of getting shovels in the ground. From city halls across Metro Atlanta to rural county commissions, we navigate the hyperlocal dynamics that determine whether projects move forward.

Scaling Government Affairs
Growth stage companies often need policy expertise before they can justify a full time executive. We provide fractional leadership to build and scale your policy function, whether you're establishing government affairs capabilities from scratch, expanding into new markets, or creating the infrastructure for multi-jurisdictional growth. Executive level experience and execution with the flexibility to scale as your needs evolve.

Political Counsel
Political engagement is more complex than ever, requiring sophisticated understanding of legislative processes, campaign finance regulations, and corporate governance. Our government affairs strategy is deeply rooted in an extensive legal background developed over years at global law firms and multinational corporations. Whether providing legislative testimony or connecting you with trusted law firms when legal advice is needed, we help you engage politically with clarity and confidence.
Specialized
Expertise
Clean energy projects require navigating complex local political environments while understanding project finance and technology deployment. With experience advancing Atlanta's 100% clean energy plan, a track record of working with rural communities and specialized training in clean energy finance and deployment, we help you navigate regulatory barriers and community concerns to build the infrastructure that matters. We don't just understand clean energy policy—we understand how projects get financed, approved, and built.

Building digital infrastructure means winning local approval—from county commissions to zoning boards to community stakeholders. With deep data center and telecommunications experience, we secure the approvals and build the support needed to move projects forward. Whether it's hyperscale data centers or fiber networks, we understand the local political dynamics that get infrastructure built.

Public private partnerships require aligning government objectives with private sector capabilities while navigating political dynamics, financial structures, and stakeholder expectations. With experience on both sides of P3s, we help facilitate deals that work. Whether you're pursuing infrastructure development or service delivery partnerships, we bring the political intelligence and business acumen to get deals done.

Growth stage companies face unique government affairs challenges—navigating regulations built for incumbents while operating with far fewer resources. We help disruptive companies break through regulatory barriers, scale into new markets, and build the government affairs capabilities needed for growth, all while working within startup realities. We're invested in your success, offering equity arrangements when appropriate while bringing you seasoned expertise typically reserved for much larger companies.
